Electro Dynamic Vibration Test System – LABTONE (China)

Labtone Test Equipment Co., Ltd. is a +17 year China manufacture of reliable, cost-effective equipments. Our superior products mainly include:

Vibration Test Systems

EV Series electromagnetic vibration testing system simulates the vibration environment under the laboratory condition, and test the impact strength as well as reliability of various vibration test applications.

Shock Test Systems

Products are inevitably affected by impact, bump, free fall, tumbling, etc. during production, transportation, loading and unloading as well as during the use of the products. All of these are transient excitation on the object, causing the object to produce mechanical characteristics of high speed, acceleration, and strain rate, etc. instantly. It is completely different from objects in static load which cause problem to the object in terms of structural strength and stability and sometimes the object may fail, therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of impact and reproduce the shock environment, to assess the structural strength and performance of the object under shock environment.

Bump Test Machine

Components and other electronic and electrical products may experience repeating impact during transportation or use. Bump test can be used as a method to ensure the design structure is satisfying or as a quality assurance method. Specimen will experience regular peak acceleration and continuous impact with standing pulse during bump test.

Drop Tester

Packaging drop test is used to determine the effect of impact on the package during use, transportation, loading and unloading. The strictly designed LABTONE “1G+” ensures its accuracy, apart from accurate plane fall test, it can also perform edge drop and corner drop test to make a complete evaluation on the performance of packaging and product.

Transportation Simulators

It is mainly used in repeating impact, unloading or jump test that comply to ISTA, ASTM, TAPPI, ISO MIL-STD, FED-STD, UN, DOT and other industrial and government standards. Frequency range is 2 to 5Hz with fixed displacement of 1 inch and maximum acceleration of 1.25G.
