Auto Focus Wafer Inspection

This machine is used to check wafers. for tiny defects with very high accuracy. It can handle both wafers and wafer frames.

Die Sorter Inspection Machine

The Die Sorter Inspection Machine is designed to quickly and accurately sort tiny semiconductor chips (called dies). It combines fast automation with precise vision technology to handle different chip sizes with ease.

Semi- Auto Wafer inspection machine

The Wafer Defect Inspection Machine is used to check wafers for defects. It is suitable for industries like LED, semiconductors, and automation. To make the inspection more reliable, it also has a sensor that detects wafer warpage (bending).

Auto- Trim & Form

The LF1000 Trim and Form Machine automatically separates (singulates) and shapes lead frames. A magazine of lead frames is loaded, the machine transfers them into die sets, performs the trim and form, and then collects all finished units neatly in a tube for the operator.

Glass Turnet AOI Machine

The glass Turnet AOI Machine is designed for small plastic or metal parts. Parts are fed from a vibrating bowl, placed on a glass carrier, and then sorted into bins after inspection. It uses a 6S vision system to check parts in real time, showing both the captured images and any detected defects. Depending on part size and shape, it can inspect products “on the fly” at speeds of up to 70,000 units per hour (UPH).

Taper and Reel Machine

The Tape and Reel machine is designed for tape-and-reel packing in semiconductor packaging. It doesn’t just pack. it also performs precise electrical testing to ensure quality. With its easy conversion process and small footprint, it fits smoothly into any production line and pairs perfectly with the MB256 LED Sorter. It performs vision inspections inside the tape pockets to check orientation, making sure every unit is placed correctly before winding onto the reel—delivering error-free results

PCB Loader and Unloader

The PCB Loader and Unloader are designed to make production faster and easier by reducing manual work and increasing automation. They can be programmed to handle different types of carriers, such as parts, substrates, or lead frames. The system loads and unloads components from magazines directly into the production line, ensuring smooth workflow and fewer human errors.

Inline Shuttle conveyor

The Inline Shuttle Conveyor improves production line flexibility and speed. It works with standard SMEMA (Surface mount Equipment Manufacture Association )-based machines and can connect a dual-lane machine into a single-lane line without extra customization. In dual-lane lines, it can also transfer parts between lanes. The lane spacing can be adjusted, and parts can move in either direction. This machine is compatible with SMEMA standards and works seamlessly with systems like the Loader and Unloader

De- Gauss and Flash curing system

The De- Gauss and Flash curing system is used in LED production to remove trapped gas and cure heat-curable material inside LED cavities. It has 4 de-gas chambers, 2 pre-curing chambers, 1 snap-curing chamber, and 1 cooling station. This setup removes air bubbles and cures the material immediately, ensuring better quality LEDs. By combining several steps into one system, this machine increases the production speed. It also gives full control with programmable settings for de-gassing, curing, and cooling temperatures.

LED Array Tester Machine

The LED Array Tester Machine is used for testing. It performs both optical and electrical tests, including dimming and variable optical checks. The machine can handle about 100 substrates per hour, adjusting speed based on the number of LEDs and test requirements. A built-in heater allows testing from 25°C to 100°C, so LED performance can be verified under different temperature conditions. It works with magazines or conveyors, meaning it can run on its own or connect easily to your production line. With automatic ID checks and support for multiple tester systems, this machine ensures error-free and flexible testing.

Test Vision Inspection Machine

The Test and vision inspection machine combines testing and vision inspection in one machine, making semiconductor inspection faster and more reliable. It moves the trays automatically from the magazine to the alignment station, where units are precisely positioned with XYθ (theta )correction for error-free handling. The system performs four tests—Optical, Electrical, Uniformity, and Photodiode—along with six-sided vision inspection. It works with many semiconductor devices, such as flash lenses and photo sensors. For added flexibility, it also supports extra output options like tape-and-reel packaging.

LED Sorter

The LED Sorter is the world’s first vertical LED sorter, designed to completely eliminate the risk of mixing different devices. It combines high speed, high accuracy, and low cost, making it ideal for most medium- and low-power top-view LED packages. Its unique vertical design ensures error-free sorting, even for larger units like 5353, while keeping setup and conversion times short.

Automotive EOL Tester

The Automotive EOL Tester is a high-tech system for checking the performance, quality, and lifespan of LED bulbs used in cars. The system combines optical tests, electrical tests, and advanced vision inspection.

LED Array Binning

The LED Array Binning Machine is used in LED production to separate (singulate) and sort LED products after testing. It mainly performs two jobs: Punch & die singulation – cutting or separating LED units from carriers like PCBs or lead frames. Sorting – organizing tested and mapped LEDs based on their results. It supports different press sizes for singulation and can also include extra features like laser marking, 2D code/ID reading, and visual inspection for appearance.

Reliability Test System

The Reliability Test system is used for reliability testing in labs, pre-production, and quality control. It can perform dimming, electrical, and optical tests, and is adaptable to many types of products and test programs. Multiple product types can be tested at the same time, or testing can be limited to selected products only.
